About Me

Born and raised in the Chatham neighborhood of Chicago, I'm a proud graduate of Chicago Vocational High School. I've been deeply involved in technology since the 6th grade and launched my first business as a junior in high school, so you could say the entrepreneurial bug hit early.I pride myself on being a grounded, resilient person who approaches every day with clarity, efficiency, and a relentless focus on what actually moves the needle. That's a principle shaped early in life and one I've carried through every chapter of my career.At Facebook, I had the honor of supporting the CEO and COO while earning a place in the top 10% of leaders globally for recognizing and developing talent and maintaining a 96% manager approval rating. At Kids2, I led a full workplace transformation, standardizing our technology and building systems that made the entire organization run smoother. At Coca-Cola, I drove initiatives that saved the company $600K annually, proof that the right strategy applied with focus delivers real results. And in just two years at Invesco, I've recognized and promoted six people, including one into a management role. Developing people is something I take seriously, wherever I am.Along the way, I've had the pleasure of working alongside and meeting some truly remarkable people, experiences that have given me a wealth of perspective not just in corporate America, but in life.Now, to the nerd stuff 🙂 I'm a Trekkie and a huge Star Wars fan who stays on top of the latest in tech. Outside of work, I'm a husband, a dog dad, and a proud father. I love cooking, gardening, golf, photography, and cars. I'm an automotive enthusiast and model car collector who also happens to be a serious music lover. Most of all, I love spending time with family and friends.
